Hi, I have just switched from MS Word 2002 to Word 2003, and Word 2003 brings in documents from 2002 and automatically changes some characters such as quote marks to @ and odd A symbols and apostrophes to = marks. How do I get MS Word 2003 to bring in 2002 documents without these odd characters? (I use Times Roman fonts) Thanks, JF -- JRF |

Thanks, but when I copy the funny A [line to left] code it copies as an A,
not a quote mark substitute, and replaces all the As. The quote marks from older files come in as odd As and funny @ signs, but these will not copy as they look....
