Form Fields go missing during Mailmerge
Is there any way to keep form fields from being deleted or restoring them to
the original document after the mailmerge process? |

Form Fields go missing during Mailmerge
FormFields and Mail Merge are mutually exclusive. You would have to use a
"roll-your-own" alternative to mail merge using VBA and a Template containing DOCVARIABLE fields in place of the mail merge main document with MERGEFIELDS. The VBA code would then iterate through the data source, creating a new document from the template for each record and creating variables in that document with the value of each data item in the record. -- Hope this helps.
