I tried using the List Bullet styles. I selected some paragraphs, changed
the style to List Bullet 2. I then copied and pasted the paragraphs with the result that the style changed to Heading 1. What you can do is Reset the bullet and numbering formats in Format | Bullets and Numbering. Note, however, that a safer approach is to use paragraph styles when you apply bullets or numbering. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/bull...olbullets.html and http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...Numbering.html. When you are copying paragraphs, which style is applied to those paragraphs? -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "FClifton" wrote in message ... In the document I am working with, every time I copy a bulleted list and then paste it (in the same document) the pasted result has each bulleted item changed to style Heading 1. In fact, if I make a bulleted list "un-bulleted" and then make it bulleted again (using the icon on the toolbar), the same thing happens! How can I make this stop? |
