Default Vista drop down menu for internet

Herb,
thank you so much! ANd yes I was cluttering-- mea culpa! this is the first I
have used the MS office site to get help-- I am learning! So you are a guru
with Word 7 and have your own site for blog? Impressive!
thanks again!

Press Ctrl+H to see a history list. This should show you just the sites, and
not the specific files.

Speaking of messy and cluttered... the reason for specific newsgroups (such
as word.docmanagement, which is where you posted your question) is so that
messages pertaining to different topics can be organized accordingly--rather
than getting messy and cluttered. So, people who are looking for help with
document management issues in Microsoft Word would come to this newsgroup.
People looking for help with Internet Explorer (or whatever browser you're
using) would look at the list of newsgroups and then post to the appropriate
one. You might incidentally get your questions answered when posting to the
wrong newsgroup, but you're more likely to get quicker and better responses
by posting to the correct newsgroup.

Whenever I want to use the drop down menu to select the website I want to
go
to in Wind. Vista it gives every doggone place and file I have used
recently.
HOw can I change that so it shows only the websites and NOT the files I
have
used? To me
that is so messy and cluttered!!

thank you in advance!
