Unfortunately, no. Thus far, Word has no built-in facility to repeat column
entries, nor even add "cont". You could, though, anchor a text box to text in, say, the next column and position the text box in the first column. So the first column has cells that are merged across many rows, in some cases enough that the page break is in the middle of the merge. when a page break occurs, the merged cells content isn't repeated, so it looks like it's blank on a new page.
