To clarify: Windows XP includes fax software that creates a 'printer'
driver. In order to work that software needs access to a fax modem. Many PCs and laptops include an internal fax modem. For those that don't you can buy one for a few dollars from Ebay - search for USB fax modem. A fax modem requires connection to a telephone line. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org todd pattingale wrote: i want to use the fax program that is in microsoft office that i own. i do not want to use a service or a modem. I just want to use what is in front of me. i am looking for a job and i would like to use it to send resumes. |
