The bar that normally is at the bottom of the screen (i don't think it's
technically a "toolbar") that usually displays the page, section, margin settings, as well as overwrite/delete (etc) settings magically disappeared. How do I go about getting it back? I've got word small business 2003. I've tried the HelpDetect and Repair option, replacing normal.dot (just in case), and resetting all toolbars to their default settings. No dice. Any ideas? |

It is referred to as the "status bar":
Select Tools Options View tab and turn on "Status bar" in the "Show" group. -- Regards Lene Fredborg - Microsoft MVP (Word) DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "PH03NIX121" wrote: The bar that normally is at the bottom of the screen (i don't think it's technically a "toolbar") that usually displays the page, section, margin settings, as well as overwrite/delete (etc) settings magically disappeared.
