The Word 2007 citation/bibliography tool does not support footnote citations
only in-text citations. So all what you will get from the tool is the
"(author, date)" style for your citations, nomatter where you put them.

You can first create the entire bibliography using the bibliography tool.
Then you can use the "convert to static text" option to convert your entire
bibliography to static text. From there on, you can create crossreferences
to where you want to put the footnotes instead of copying stuff. Note that
the conversion to static text is important as the bibliography field tends
to get updated alot, resulting in the removal of any formatting or
crossreferences you added. But in the end, it will probably be as much work
as copying everything.

I am able to get the endnote and cross ref. and then insert a citation, it
looks like:

How do I get it to look like the first example as I am writing so I don't
need to copy and paste the information on later? ( I usually insert biblio
at
the end and copy+paste the contents to the approp. areas which gets
tedious).
