how to protect a document from change
I have word 2007 and have tried to open up the "Review" tab and "Protect
Document" icon. However when I do that the Formatting and Editing Restrictions buttons are greyed out and I cannot check them. |

Are you sure that the checkboxes are disabled? Have you tried clicking on
