Yeah, I agree with Stefan.... select the whole table, go to Table
Properties/Row and UNcheck the box that sets the rows for specific height. Then see if you have access to your "hidden" row. Sometimes I can catch and drag the top row down until the new row appears, but sometimes the new row does not appear.
