You need to change the paragraph formatting in the Envelope Address Style,
which is what is applied to the address details on an envelope. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP, originally posted via msnews.microsoft.com "FUBARinSFO" wrote in message ... Hi: In attempting to solve a problem with double-spaced envelope and return address addresses, I find that whereas in Labels (Tools | Letters and Mailing | Envelopes and Labels | Labels), if you right- click anywhere in the address field there is a 'Paragraph' formatting selection, this 'Paragraph' formatting selection is missing in the 'Envelopes' tab. Anybody have any idea what's up with that? It would make it a whole lot easier to override double-spaced addresses in envelopes if that were available. -- Roy Zider Microsoft Office Professional 2003 SP3 |
