Hi Sherri,
A few things to check: 1. The page size the document is defined for is the same as the paper size in the printer 2. The page margins don't extend into the printer's non-printing area 3. The non-printing text isn't formatted as hidden. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Sherri A" Sherri wrote in message ... I have Office 2003. Occasionally, when printing a word document a line of text will be missing on the printed document. The text appears on the screen and on the print preview, but not on the printed document. It doesn't happen often, but now I don't trust it and have to proof read everything. Sometimes if I use the edit function, I can delete and paste the missing text in the document, reprint and it will be there. But I need to solve the original dissappearance. Any suggestions? |
