Rather than using a label merge, you could use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminolgy depends on the
Word version). To see how to perform such a merge, check out my Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at:

Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it.

Note: You'd need to lay out your fields carefully so they align correctly with the label stock.
