Keeping the mail merge list in alphabetical order after sorting?
Hi Boaz,
Is there anything preventing the list being sorted at its source? -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Boaz" wrote in message ... After sorting the mailing list in alphabetical, is there any way to keep that order... other wise everytime that you need to send out a new mailing you need to pull up the list than sort so that you can find the recipients easier than merge... If there is a way to keep the list in alphabetical order it would save some time as it takes quite a bit of time to resort it every time |
