Is this a text box or a table? If it's a table, Luc's method will work. If
it's a text box, there are two ways:

1. Copy the text in the text box and Paste it outside the box, then delete
the box.

2. Convert the box to a frame (Format Text Box | Text Box: Convert to frame)
and then press select the text and press Ctrl+Q to remove the frame (or
right-click, Format Frame | Remove Frame).
