I can't repeat this, however ensure that cursor is at the top of the
document before checking. Click the 'more' button and check that there are
no unwanted options set and ensure that there is no formatting applied to
the search dialog.

I've closed and re-started Word, checked all the search options
(formatting, check boxes, etc.), made sure "Track Changes" is off.

Any ideas?
