Hi Andrew,
See: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Andrew" wrote in message news ![]() Is there anyway to link fields in a created form? By this I mean, in this document I put a companies name several times. I have {Insert Company name} fields indicating where to write the company name. Is there anyway to fill out all of those fields by just filling out one? Having Word know to automatically fill in those fields for me? |
