A watermark is simply a (usually pale) graphic in the header view of the
document, placed behind text. How simple this will be to do rather depends on the nature of the current watermark graphic. One plan may be to open the header, cut the current graphic to the clipboard, insert a drawing canvas, paste back the graphic into the canvas then add your new graphic there also - with its wrap set to behind text. You *may* then be able to assemble them as you wish. If that doesn't work you may have to create the combined watermark in a third party graphics editor. Incidentally you can change the background of a text box to no fill. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Construction_Office wrote: Trying to put the word Sample on a doc that already has a watermark on it, ist it possoble cant figure it out.
