This would work in any previous version but may not in Outlook 2007. It
contains a permanent bug that prevents the removal and readding of the service to repair it. If it doesn't work, user will have to create a new Outlook profile from scratch to re-establish connections. -- Russ Valentine "Graham Mayor" wrote in message ... If repairing Office does not fix it, you could try deleting the Outlook address books from Outlook (NOT THE CONTACTS LISTS!) then re-adding them. This should recreate the internal pointers between contacts and the address book. I have crossposted this reply to the Outlook forum to see if anyone there has any better ideas. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Morgan wrote: hi there i'm using office 2007 on windows xp. Recently, it could have been after an automatic update, when i try to print an envelope or label from Word using my outlook address books, the books themselves are empty. From outlook, all my contact information is available, but i can not retrieve it from this dialog box. i have multiple address books and the dialog box lists the names of the address books, so it is connecting to outlook, it just won't list any contacts and it's as if the books themselves are empty. any help would be much appreciated. thank you. |
