I have never heard of this issue before. I'm guessing it is possible that it
is a virus, or at least a poorly designed add-in at work. Have you installed something recently? If you paste in contents as "Unformatted Text," does that make a difference? -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "CarlC" wrote: I regularly have to create large documents which contain parts from multiple other documents. When copying in these sections often my custom styles get renamed as they were originally but with 'NIVO' appended to the end... This causes my contents pages etc to screw up! This is now spreading through my documents like a virus...can anyone help? |
