Default uninstall fonts in Word 2003

Word will show all the currently installed fonts that the active printer is
capable of printing. If you want to display only subsets of the available
fonts, you should install font management software.

If you create/edit a number of personal styles to format your documents with
the fonts you require, you need never look at the fonts list.

How can I uninstall fonts from the drop down menu in this program?
There are too many to choose from and I don't use most of them...
hate looking through the list each time I want to change fonts.
