I am having trouble eliminating old email addresses that have been deleted
from my contacts but are retained in the memory in Outlook. How do I delete the files? |

You'd probably get better results if you posted this to the Outlook
discussion group, but I think you can just use your arrow keys to move down to the address you want to delete and hit "Delete." You should get a window asking if you want to delete the address. Nothing to do with Word but they are probably in your Outlook nicknames file
