Default Primission / resticted access to files using the MS server

I wish I have NEVER deciced to use this facility!!!@ I should have kept to
paper and pin.. This word file is totally useless to me now. I have been
using the tool facilty sucessfully for years but now it won't let me get to
my own files.., I think you can tell what I think about this product.

version of Word, and exactly what feature and MS Server have you been using?
