My coworker will try the instructions in the link posted when next doing a
Mail Merge... sometimes it works on that computer, sometimes not. Will
followup when know more.

Labels (Avery 5160) were merged in Word 2007, everything was done in the
correct order. However, when printed the labels were blank (not an error
with the copier) and Print Preview displayed blank pages. It was like the
text was not there, changed font, changed font colour - nothing. Is this

computer in the office the same day did not have any issues.
