In Word 2003, some of the receipents I type directly in the merged doc is
recognized in print and others are not. What am I doing wrong? |

If you want to create "documents" for additional recipients, you should
either add them to the data source and then execute the merge or execute the merge to a new document (Edit individual documents) and then copy the last Section of the document and paste it into the document at the end of the document as many times as required and then make the necessary changes to the recipient information in each of those sections. -- Hope this helps, Doug Robbins - Word MVP Please reply only to the newsgroups unless you wish to obtain my services on a paid professional basis.
