3 = Ctrl+Enter For 1, you could perhaps assign a keyboard shortcut, but there is not a built-in one, not even an Alt+ menu sequence since it does not, by default, appear on a menu. (If this is Word 2007, however, you can press Alt to view the keyboard shortcut when you have the appropriate tab displayed.) -- Suzanne S.
