Hi Beach Lover,
Unless you've got a Section break in your mailmerge main document, there's no way a Directory merge will insert one for you. To see how to do use a Catalogue/Directory merge and what can be achieved with one, check out my Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at: http://lounge.windowssecrets.com/ind...owtopic=731107 or http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Beach Lover" wrote in message ...
