I am trying to do a mail merge of a telephone number in excel and bring it to
a mail merger word document. The problem is the special formatting function in excell called phone adds the parenthesis and hypens for phone numbers in excel but when I try to bring the number into work it only brings in the 10 numbers and not the parenthesis and hypen. How can bring the parenthesis and hyphen into the work mail merge without having to re-type all the telephone numbers in excel witht he parenthesis and hypen? |
