If you are merging data you can merge the feilds in any order you wish -
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm If you are creating a data source from which to merge, then create a Word table that looks like http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm Again the order of the columns is irrelevant.
