Hi
I write long works of fiction and I don't compile the different chapters into one document until the end. Normally, before I started using MS 2007, the files all slid together neatly. Now, however, the overall style seems to change from document to document and when I change the style, I lost some formatting. Can anyone suggest a way to avoid that? Thanks Chris |

Make sure they're all based on the same template. You may want to update the
styles in each document from the template before combining them so that you can see whether there are any problems. If you've changed the styles between Chapter 1 and the last chapter, then there will be inconsistences. -- Suzanne S.
