You can temporarily clear the "Replace text as you type" option on the
AutoCorrect tab of the AutoCorrect dialog box. When you are ready to start using AutoCorrect again, recheck the option. Alternatively, do the following: Immediately after Word has performed an AutoCorrection, press Ctrl+Z; this undoes the insertion of the particular entry. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "DPress" wrote in message ...
