Default letter wrighting format

we need to write a letter,format that we can use for every letter.So we open
WORD ,THEN ESTABLISH A LETTER FORMAT,FOR EACH TIME WE WRITE A LETTER.

There's no need to SHOUT IN ALL CAPS...

What you want is a template designed for your letters, which you can then
use in the File New dialog to create new documents of the same design.

WORD 2007

If you are looking for examples with which to write letters try using the
following:-

1. Office Button.

2. New.

3. Now click on Letters on the left hand side.

There are many things in here that you can use.
