I have a 40 page document and would like to add a different watermark to each page. Each time I try, the same watermark shows up the same on every page. So I am hoping that someone will be able to help me in this. How do I put 40 different images as watermarks on 40 different pages. Thanks...

A watermark is nothing but an object (SmartArt, text box, or picture)
anchored to the header, which means that it repeats for all pages having that particular header. In this case you could just add the appropriate WordArt or text box manually for each page, setting the wrapping style to "Behind text." You will probably have to adjust text color (for text boxes) or transparency (WordArt) to make it look "washed out." -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP --------------------------------------------- "gammy4gks" wrote in message ...
