In one instance in a document the "Insert Caption" does not work properly: the words "Figure 1" appears without the surrounding dashed lines, so I have no control over the caption such as moving it around, etc. All attempts to redo the Insert Caption for this one photo don't work. Any suggested corrections would be very helpful.

Captions are inserted in text boxes only when the captioned object is
wrapped. If you insert a caption for an inline figure, the caption will be an ordinary text paragraph. -- Suzanne S.
