I just upgraded to Word 2007 from Word 2003. After copying templates for a
contract that I use in my business I learned that the tab key is not moving
between the form fields I have set up in the template. Is there a way to use
the tab key to move betweent the fields?

Just as in Word 2003, the form has to be protected to make the form fields work.
Click the Review Protect Document button to display the task pane, check the
box for "Allow only this type of editing", select "Filling in forms", and click
the Start Enforcing Protection button.

Do I need to follow these steps for each feild or once for the entire document?
