Lately I have tried to print documents that used to print perfectly fine in
their entirety but now are not printing the cover page. When I look at the document in print preview I see a blank page. When I close print preview I see the cover page in the document. This is happening for all kinds of documents including one I just created and inserted a cover page in to test it. Ideas? |

Go to Office button Word Options Display and make sure there are check marks for "Print drawings created in Word" and "Print background colors and images". Many (but not all) of the cover pages require one or both of those settings in order to print. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
