In Word, press Ctrl+H on your keyboard and the Replace window appears.
Simply enter the old link in the "Find what" field and enter the new link in the "Replace with" field, then click the "Replace All" button at the bottom of this window. This will replace the old link with whatever you entered as the replacement - throughout the document or template. "BWood" wrote: I create an analysis in excel and then link it to a word template. In the process, I need to change the sources of all my links in the document to a different excel. So far, I have been able to either edit each link individually - a very time consuming and tedious task OR don't change the source and rename the excel file each time to the original source. So, how do I change ALL the sources at once? BWood |
