When I loaded in Microsoft Office, It picked up all of the address books on
my computer. I need to get rid of all of them except contacts.

I doubt there is any way you can do this, but try asking in an OUTLOOK
newsgroup, as the Address Book is an Outlook component. You should also
explain what these other address books are, and why you don't want them to be
listed.

And also tell them which versions of Office and Windows you have.
