Hi ?B?Ymh1dmFuYQ==?=,
shortcut key assigned for a macro to appear in the drop down menu to avoid remembering them. Use the ShortcutText property. From Word's VBA Help files: "Returns or sets the shortcut key text displayed next to a button control when the button appears on a menu, submenu, or shortcut menu. Read/write String. MsgBox (CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar"). _ Controls("File").Controls("New...).ShortcutText)" Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
