Stop Word 2003 from automaticly deleting files over 1 year old.
On XP Office 2002 for Students and Teachers, no problem.
Recently installed Office 2003 Basic. Now oldest file is 2004 of "today's" date. Want to prevent automatic archiving and restore lost files. Disabled 2003 Outlook's AutoArchive function today, but assume Outlook doesn't delete non-email files. |

This is not a Word feature; possibly you have some document management
system that is doing this, but Word does not delete files unless you explicitly tell it to. -- Suzanne S.
