Please, How can I send a fax from a Microsoft Word document?

You need a Fax utility installed. Some integrate with Office installing
macros so that you can click and send a fax (many of these screw up Word though!). Others simply install a fax driver much like a printer driver: you then select File, Print and select the Fax 'printer' to send your fax. Other integrate fully into office and when you use File, Sent To, fax recipient is added to the menu. This opens an Outlook window that looks exactly like a blank new email: you can pick up the fax number from Outlook contacts or just type in the number into the To box in a format such as [fax:08009192375] and off it goes. -- Terry Farrell - Word MVP http://word.mvps.org/ "Tim" wrote in message ... : Please, How can I send a fax from a Microsoft Word document? |
