Unable to use manual print feature
Help!
I'm in a network environment in my office. EVERYONE can set their print jobs to manual feed except me. We've tried everything including setting manual feed as the default setting on my computer. We've also tried setting it to labels and letterhead. Nothing helps. Our IS guy is stumped. Any suggestions? We know it's not the printer because literally everyone else in our office is able to do this. It's got to be something in my set up. I am using Word 2002 and an HP 4100. |
