You can put an Envelope button on your Standard toolbar. Open Tools |
Customize and select the Tools category on the Commands tab. Scroll down to Envelopes and Labels..., select it, and drag it to the toolbar. This will open the dialog, which will have the Envelopes or Labels tab up depending on which you last used. If you have selected an address in your document, it will be placed in the delivery address pane. -- Suzanne S.
