Is there any way to set up a repeating appointment in a WORD Calendar without having to copy/paste? No. A Word calendar is only a table with text in it; it doesn't have any idea what that text represents. You can copy one cell, then select several cells (if they're all touching) and paste, and that will fill all the selected cells at once. But it will also delete anything that was previously in those cells. If you want real repeating appointments, use Outlook's calendar. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
