Word does not have a "print view", so I'm not certain whether you mean Print
Layout View or Print Preview. In either case, Word cannot display more pages than the document has, so if it is a 1 page doc only 1 page will display. If you do have 2 page or more, do either of the following: 1- In Print Layout View go to the Zoom box on your Standard Toolbar & choose Two Pages or go to ViewZoom... & choose Many Pages (you can also click the small monitor icon & specify how many). 2- If in Print Preview you also have a Zoom box for up to 2 pages, or click the button to the left of the Zoom box and specify how many pages to be displayed. Again, in either view there will be no more pages displayed than the doc actually contains. If there are 6 pages & you choose to display 8, only the 6 pages will display, but they will be smaller.
