I am using Word 2007 and am wondering where are the bitmaps kept that I see
in the Fill Effects - Texture?

There are several there but I cannot find where those pictures are. Anyone
know what directory they are kept?

Hi Dig,

The 24 texture presets aren't separate files. They're embedded in the Office program files. They can be inserted into borderless
shapes and you can save as a web page in Word to get graphics you may be able to reuse.
(Set the Word web page options to turn off 'save as single file' first in
(Alt, T, O,A) [scroll to General] then 'Web Options' and the graphics will be in individual GIFs or JPGs.
