I did have a question that was answered adequately about OCR's not very good
without much correction. Is there a software that could be purchased that
would help me to post resumes on the internet? I am not a good typist and new
to the computer game is there a way I could copy/cut and paste it. I don't
think I could type it to each web site. Thanks Koolhandjr

I assume the resume in question is your own. What program created it? Why
don't you have the electronic file?

But some employers/websites require different formats. Many require Plain
Text format because the resume is placed in a keyword-searchable database.
He may want to have his resume in a couple of formats so he is covered
depending on what the employer/site allows. Best thing to do is a Google
(or any search engine) search for something like "format for posting
resumes" and he will find many tips on E-resumes.
