Inputting the same values multiple times in a document...
I know there is a way that one can set up a Word document so that upon
opening the document, you immediately get a box flash up that asks you a set of preselected questions, which relate to specific fields setup within the document and that may occur multiple times. The answers to these questions then fills in these fields, including the multiple occurances, once the questions have been answered, even if one simply clicks OK for each answer in which case the fields would be blank. Clearly someone out there will know how to do this, so please help. |

You might want to research Forms and the use of Form Fields as well as macros
in Word Help. If you run into problems, post back with details & more specific questions. Someone will be glad to help out!
