Print Preview Word 2007
How can I see ALL my pages at the same time in print preview?
I could do this in Word 2002 by clicking on a "multiple page" icon. I can't find it in 2007. Thanks |

Hi Soapy,
When in the print preview, zoom out using the zoom slider (bottom right). You can also use the slider to see all the pages when in print view (the default). I went nuts trying to figure this out, and you did it in two seconds! Thanks, works great and exactly what I was looking for. I use the zoom slider like a cowboy twirls his six-shooter.

You are officially my hero for the day! That has been driving me crazy for MONTHS! Today was the first time I was able to stop and look for the answer. So simple, yet, I was so oriented to the top of the page... I forgot to look at the bottom! I won't tell you how embarrassed I was, my first day using 2007. I was at a new job, and had sold myself as pretty good with software. Imagine my humiliation, having to ask my boss how to PRINT! lol. I love this community... very helpful. Thanks again, Dougie!
