Is ther any other way to do this? An easier way? I am not at all familiar

Spell check in a protected document
No. The macro is already set up for you... all you have to do is

Spell check in a protected document
I put in the macro, and it worked great on my machine. However, when I sent
it to a friend, he could not spell-check or even run the macro for the spell check. Do you know why this is happening? Your friend needs to install the macro too.
